Introducing a new Virtual Co-Working Community to connect marketers across the country who work in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Many of you are now working at home due to pandemic. We are very fortunate that we are still able to do our jobs, but the new remote working has caused a disruption in our normal work-life as a marketing professional.
I have been working remotely for 2.5 years and want to share my tips and tricks to be productive with distractions that come with working at home. I also want to share some benefits gained from my remote work situation.
One of the biggest changes to adjust was social interaction. I am at home alone most days, so I needed to develop proactive strategies to have social interaction. There is no more breakroom to pop over and interact with colleagues. I figured many of you will experience this in the next few weeks as well.
This community is built to support and educate. I want to make sure it’s a safe space to share ideas on how to manage proposal teams virtually, balance working and taking care of kids, and have a little fun along the way.
I will be going live inside the group a few times a week to answer questions and share stories and realities of working from home while trying to homeschool my kids! I would love for you to join me.
