Most of us have been to an in-person conference or event before.  During the last year that has changed. Today on the show, I’m talking to two organizers who took on the task of creating an in-person event for this year’s SMPS Southeastern Regional Conference (SERC).

Rachael Frohardt, Marketing Manager, PCL Construction

Rachael Frohardt is the Marketing Manager for the Southeast Buildings division of PCL Construction, the nation’s 9th largest general contractor. Emily Hawarah, Marketing Coordinator, KCI Technologies

Emily started her career in AEC marketing in 2013 and attended her first SMPS Southeastern Regional Conference in Raleigh in 2014. The year and a half she spent as a conference co-chair (that just so happened to coincide with the COVID-19 pandemic) was life-changing and eye-opening!
