#48: Set Yourself Up for a Great 2022 with These 3 Questions

We are officially well into 2022. Most of us are done with our holiday celebrations and have been back at work for a week or so.

If you’re anything like me, you need a week just get back into the swing of things. And, part of that is what we are going to talk about in this episode.

If you feel like last year was a blur, and really felt like a very long 2020. I don’t think you’re alone. I still can’t believe it’s 2022. And, with that let’s talk about how you can set yourself up for a great 2022.

Many of us may have performance reviews or goal-setting exercises at the end of the year, but I find that they get lost or forgotten in the hectic busyness and blur of the holiday season.

So, that’s why I’ve waited until now to share this exercise with you. Now that we are all back at work and are in the “getting it done” mindset, it’s a better time to think about and reflect. And, I wanted to share it with you. This exercise takes maybe 10-15 minutes. It will clear your head to allow you to begin the new year with a fresh slate. And, it will set you up for a powerful, productive, and “ready to tackle anything that 2022 can throw at you” mindset.

The questions to ask yourself are:

Turn Insight Into Action

Make sure that you just don’t listen to this episode and move on to the next. And of course, I’d love to hear from you. I want you to tell me number one, one thing you did last year that you are super proud of, and number two, one mistake made and the lesson you learned, and number three, one thing you’re willing to let go of right now. Whatever thing just popped into your head, that thing, write it down.
