Erika Booker has provided professional services marketing in the Central Florida area for over 16 years. Born and raised in Orlando, her heart belongs to Central Florida. She is the HNTB Southeast Division Marketing Director, leading a team of professional service marketers to support the marketing and business development goals of the Division (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee). Erika utilizes her years of experience in marketing, media communications, sales and proposal management to lead her team in continually working to bring strategic value to the technical teams they support. She earned an M.A. in Media Communications from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, and a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of South Florida, in Tampa, FL. Erika believes in giving back and actively participating in the industry. She sits on the Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS) Central Florida Chapter Board as Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Erika was recently named President-Elect for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Central Florida Chapter for the 2021-2022 Board year. She celebrated seven years with HNTB in September 2021.
